Brian is the Founding Partner of DFW Project Solutions. Over his nearly 30-year career, he's held leadership roles in Development Management, Build-to-Suit, General Contracting and Pre-Construction at several national real estate firms. His depth of expertise includes due diligence, site studies, preliminary site planning, pre-construction, design control and construction management. Brian is a member of the Design Build Institute of America and has been LEED Certified for over 20 years.
BRENT STRONG
Partner
Brent is a Partner at DFW Project Solutions and has extensive Development, General Contracting and Pre-Construction experience over his 20+ years in the commercial real estate industry. He's led teams to deliver office, industrial, healthcare, data center, and retail buildings nationwide, including large corporate headquarters and build-to-suit projects. Brent graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is LEED accredited.
JONATHAN WOOD
Vice President - Multifamily & Hospitality
Jonathan is Vice President of Multifamily & Hospitality and has 15+ years of experience in Design and Construction of retail, office and multifamily projects. He's an expert in site planning, zoning consultation, building planning and managing projects from design through construction. He received his Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University, is LEED accredited and a member of the Texas Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute and the American Institute of Architects.
BRIAN MARTINELLI
Vice President - Development & Construction
Brian is the Vice President of Development & Construction, focusing on overall project execution from initial concept through completion. Brian has managed over 7 million square feet of projects totaling over $4 billion in value throughout his 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. He’s led teams to deliver hospitality, office, multifamily, life sciences and public parks nationwide. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Texas Tech University.
TYLER ROSS
Vice President - Development & Interiors
Tyler is Vice President of Development & Interiors. With over 20 years' experience, he has delivered some of the largest, fastest paced and highest profile projects in DFW. His expertise extends across market sectors and includes Corporate Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-Family and Assisted Living projects. He helps clients ensure successful project performance from concept to completion. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
CHRIS WARRINGTON, RCDD
Vice President - Technology
Chris is Vice President of Technology and has been delivering technology projects for clients of all sizes for over 20 years. He specializes in end-to-end consulting and project management of complex technology solutions. Chris uses his expertise to assist clients throughout each phase of the project, helping them mitigate risk and complete successful implementations. Chris has a degree in Information Technology from Perry Technical Institute and is an BICSI RCDD and AVIXA CTS.
XAVIER HOUSTON
Senior Project Manager
Xavier is a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years' experience managing retail, multifamily, medical and education construction projects. His expertise includes estimating, lease negotiations, space planning, signage inspections and approvals, hydraulic and traction elevators, site surveys, permitting, field inspections and project closeout. Xavier received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Southern Mississippi University and is OSHA Hour Construction Safety & Health certified.

Senior Project Manager
Bragg is a Senior Project Manager and has more than 10 years of experience in Development, General Contracting and Asset Management for multifamily, office and industrial properties. His expertise includes scheduling, project buyout, budget analysis, strategic planning, site supervision and construction management. Bragg received his degrees in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
CHRISTINE STRADER
Senior Project Manager
Christine is a Senior Project Manager with 10 years of experience in Project Management and Development for office, healthcare and industrial projects as well as Asset Management of multifamily and senior living properties. She is an expert in design and construction oversight and tenant coordination services from concept through close-out. She takes a turnkey approach, managing all project aspects including low voltage and IT/AV migration, FFE installation and move management. Christine graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
HANNAH THERIAULT
Senior Project Manager
Hannah is a Senior Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in Project Management and General Contracting. She possesses a robust background in Corporate Office and Healthcare projects. Her proficiencies encompass client relationship management, design and construction oversight, estimating, scheduling and tenant coordination to facilitate a seamless project progression from concept to completion. Hannah holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.

Sara leads marketing and business operations for DFW Project Solutions. With over 17 years at a Fortune 10 company, she has extensive experience building high performing teams and delivering revenue at scale. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
