The client requested an interior finish-out of amenity spaces on the ground floor and Super Floor on the 12th level to increase the building's leasing appeal.  This Class A Office space was thoughtfully enhanced to include a ground floor tenant lounge and bar, curated finishes and a grand entry.  The 12th floor amenities include a rooftop terrace, tenant work café and lounge, fitness center with locker rooms and conference center.

This luxury retailer needed an interior fit out and renovation of their 170,000 square foot, 3-story location. This $35M project included new workstations for 700 call center associates, office space for their central region employees, a retail showroom, training center and repair center. 

This geotechnical services company needed 15,000 square feet of office and lab space. The project includes employee workstations, private executive offices, breakroom, conference rooms and a full-service geotechnical laboratory.

This financial and insurance company needed a 6-story, 217,000 square foot office headquarters with space for 600 associates.  This $85M project spans 35 acres, this site includes an underground parking level and 800+ surface parking spaces, a 2-story amenity building with a conference center, dining hall, fitness center and outdoor terrace with walking trail. 

This oil and gas company needed a 10-story, 1,100,000 square foot office headquarters.  This $420M project also included a parking garage for over 2,600 vehicles, LEED Gold status, a dining hall, fitness center, daycare and sports courts for employees.

This $750M, 2.1M square foot office campus was built to house a major automobile manufacturer's corporate headquarters. The project spanned 100 acres in Frisco,Texas, and included 7 office buildings with space for 8,000 associates, a specialty warehouse/dealership prototype building, conference center, dining hall, fitness center, museum, pharmacy, vehicle test track and event center.  Additionally, the project achieved LEED Platinum status and included 8MW solar panels atop 4 parking garages.
